Who is behind this
Belén Lizana
Founder of Casa del Sol Holidays · Casa del Sol Holidays
I personally manage holiday lettings for a deliberately small number of homes in Málaga and on the Costa del Sol. I am an Airbnb Superhost and I work as a self-employed autónoma, not through a platform: when you call, you get me.
Why I write these articles
Andalusian holiday-rental rules have changed twice in eighteen months, and most of what is written about them comes from national platforms that do not operate here. I do. I write about VUT licences, stressed zones and modelo 210 because they are the questions owners ask me every week.
